90 DAY TRANSFORMATION

We partner with our clients seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values, which promote health and wellness. We believe the smallest lifestyle changes made will result in the best version of each client. As a health coach, we have an unconditional positive regard for our clients and believe in their capacity for change and honoring that each client is an expert on their life, while ensuring that all interactions are respectful and nonjudgmental.

These sessions will begin with you setting “reasonable” goals after identifying the motivating factor. We will begin with acknowledging anything or anyone that may have an affect on you accomplishing your goals. Sessions will end with an action step and one that works for you. Throughout our lifetime, we have been provided with so much information on what we should do and, now it is time to set aside the information and begin creating action steps that lead to lifestyle changes. These changes are made in order to improve health outcomes and prevent long term conditions, such as heart disease and diabetes, or to manage those conditions once they have occurred. Sessions will include guidance regarding diet and your mood when eating, foods that give you the most energy and so much more. The transformation will be made as you are ready.

  • The body has an innate wisdom, beyond any book or authority.
  • Diets are not useful as dogma, but they are useful references.
  • Your body is the ultimate dietary authority for every phase of your life. Your diet changes as you change.
  • Your body is the most powerful, least expensive and best dietary experimentation lab in existence.
  • Your relationship with food and your body impacts your health more powerfully than the food you eat.
  • Every symptom, craving or behavior around food has a positive intention; therefore symptoms, cravings and behaviors are not the problem, they are just the best solution you have come up with so far. Nourishment is about much more than just food.
