You Can’t Lose What You Do Not Own

We all have those body areas that we see as flaws. For women, it is often the mid section and for men the belly. We need to change our perspective and see those areas as stored energy, unspoken conversations, hurts wanting to be healed, etc. Remember that we cannot lose what we don’t own.
