The Circle Of Forgiveness

  1. Forgive those involved, directly and indirectly. You will know when forgiveness is done because there will be no negative emotions towards those involved.
  2. Find a good that came out of the experience.
  3. Complete the circle by forgiving yourself.

We all make mistakes and there is nothing we can do to change the past nor to change our behavior. We can let the past go and accept all that we cannot change. Then let courage and strength rise up within knowing that the experience has made us a better person.
