Love Your Imperfections Endlessly

We are each so unique. After all, we even have our own set of fingerprints. We come in all shapes, sizes and colors. There is one common area seen as a flaw and that is the belly, the midriff, that stubborn midsection. So we focus on this area and do everything possible to camouflage this part of us. We have wrongfully identified this area as a flaw – an imperfection. Have you ever seen this part of your body for what it really is and has been in your life. It is powerful and this is stored energy. This midsection is all about unspoken words, dreams that never happened and life’s disappointments. Can you remember the tears after a bad day and beyond your control you were led to have a double hot fudge sundae? You do not even know how you arrived to the ice cream store and you definitely do not remember eating the double hot fudge sundae with extra whip cream. This part of our body is not a flaw but it is powerful. Think about it, this part of our body is where we carry a child for nine months. That’s powerful.

Love your imperfections and remember, you cannot lose what you don’t own.
