How Do You Handle Difficult Situations?

We have all been at that place where we sit and wonder: when will life give us a break? Will we ever be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. What happens next? We allow our minds to be consumed with hopeless and negative thoughts.

I am not saying that your trial is not real or that you should not be affected by unfortunate circumstances. However when is the right time for the refrigerator to stop working or the car’s alternator to be replaced? It’s never the right time and this is why we are caught unprepared. Life’s trials just happen and without any notice.

However, you do want to change the experience. Negative energy will only magnify the trial until that is all you are focused on. Stop and see that “life is only happening.”

Every experience is teaching you something. You probably cannot change the trial but you can change the experience. Yes, you are empowered to change the experience. You will have other trials but once you pass this test. Trials will never have the same impact on you again. It will be a “been there, done that” moment and you will move on. You will not be haunted emotionally or mentally by that one trial ever again because you changed the experience.

The cards have been dealt, but you choose how to play the hand.
