Ahimsa: non-violence, non-injury, harmlessness

We have beliefs that have been inherited in one way or another. They are beliefs that are not of our own. We then allow these beliefs to guide us in making decisions that impact our lives.

Self violence and self injury exists in that quiet place within our thoughts.

It’s like this quote from Michael A. Singer, author of The Surrender Experiment and The Untethered Soul:

“The day you decide you are more interested in being aware of your thoughts than you are in the thoughts themselves – that is the day you will find your way out.”
